From 20th to 28th March, Pumangol put customers at the heart of the experience with a special initiative that we carry on every year, at our service stations. During this period, our promoters engaged with customers through quick quizzes, gathering valuable insights to enhance our service.
Additionaly, from 24th to 28th March, our employees took on key operational roles at the stations as "Operation teamworker fora day." This hands-on experience allows us to better understand customer needs and the operational challenges that impact service quality.
Thanks to this initiative, we gain valuable perspectives to refine our service, ensuring that every visit to our stations becomes smoother, more efficient, and tailored to your needs. Because at Pumangol, listening to our customers is the key to continuous improvement!
