Pumangol launches tech incubation program for young Angolans at ANGOTIC 2025

On June 12th, during ANGOTIC – Angola’s International ICT Forum, Pumangol officially launched Boa Energia Digital, a pre-incubation program aimed at empowering young people in the fields of innovation, technology, and energy.

The launch of the program marked another step in Pumangol’s commitment to digital transformation in the energy sector. Targeted at young people aged 18 to 30, Boa Energia Digital is an initiative that encourages the development of digital solutions for the oil and gas sector, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience.

Selected participants will gain access to specialized training, mentorship from industry experts, and integration into the national energy ecosystem. The most promising projects may also receive funding and be incorporated into Pumangol’s value chain.
